Measurements are 12” waist (modern 00)
And the chest is 13” across pit to pit.

This is white, but because it’s from the 60s it is a little off white. I haven’t attempted to launder this or iron.
The main part is satin. There’s tulle over the top.
Top is lace and as are the long sleeves.
This wouldn’t button up all the way on my mannequin but it does button up all the way.
This would also look cool dyed black.
