Vintage men's size 36 leather biker jacket. It's in good condition but there is some scuffing of the leather and a repair on one of the sleeves (see photos). The dimensions are roughly: 22" sleeves, 16" pit to pit across chest (though with folded material on the side would likely come out to around 18" hence the size 36), and 20" shoulder to bottom edge of jacket. These are all rough approximations to give you a better idea of fit.
